Why can't business jets fly as far as commercial planes?

Business jets and commercial planes have different designs and capabilities, so they have different flight ranges. Business jets typically have shorter ranges than commercial planes due to their larger size and more powerful engines. This means they can't fly as far as commercial planes, which are designed to cover long-distance routes. Business jets are also more expensive to operate, so they're mainly used for shorter flights. Additionally, commercial planes have access to a larger network of airports and are better suited for navigating airspace regulations.
